Sometimes a Lockboss does fit your fatbike model. For example, if your model is sold under a different brand name. Please contact us to check! Good to know: we are also busy developing new Lockbosses, so stay tuned...
All orders placed with Lockboss will be delivered within two business days of receiving your order confirmation.
We have several stores that already have Lockbosses in stock. Ask your own dealer if they can already supply Lockbosses. If not, they can contact us and install a Lockboss on your bike the very next day.
No, unfortunately not! But black goes with everything, right? :-)
Warranty & Returns
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied! As part of our service, you can return your Lockboss for free if you're not happy with it. For more information and instructions, please see our Refund Policy.
Yes, you have a 1-year warranty. If something breaks during that time, you are entitled to a replacement. In that case, please contact us at info@lockboss.nl.
Assembly
Installing the Lockboss is simple! For detailed instructions, please refer to the assembly manual.
You may have installed it incorrectly. The angled side arms with the holes should be at the top of the bike. Sometimes the stickers are put on incorrectly, causing you to mount the Lockboss the wrong way around.
