If Lockboss doesn't fit, there's only one possibility: you ordered the wrong one!

If you have an Ouxi V80/C80/E-father/Crossboss, you need the Lockboss L1. You can recognize it by the fact that it has two fixed, upright metal 'arms'.

The Lockboss L2 has 1 fixed upright arm and 1 tiltable arm, so you can remove the battery from your V20/V20 Pro.

So it could happen that you ordered the wrong one. If in doubt, send a photo to info@lockboss.nl, so we can tell you which Lockboss you have.

You may have installed it incorrectly. The slanted side arms with the holes in them should be at the top of the bicycle. Sometimes the stickers can be placed incorrectly, causing you to mount the Lockboss the wrong way.

You can leave your bicycle outside with the battery in it. However, it is always better to bring your entire bicycle indoors at night if possible, as thieves can take your entire bicycle at night and calmly grind off all the locks at another location. If you want to leave your bicycle outside attached to a fence at night, your Lockboss will at least provide sufficient security against individual battery theft. But of course, the Lockboss does not secure your entire bicycle against theft.

Yes, that's possible. We've created an open space in the steel frame to charge your battery while it's in the Lockboss.
